3. Subscriptions

Photo CamAI offers subscription-based services. Pricing and plans are available within the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled via your App Store account.

Refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store in accordance with their policies.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property in Photo CamAI are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any material from the app.

5. AI Features

Photo CamAI includes AI-powered features that operate entirely on-device. No photos, facial data, or image content are uploaded, stored, or transmitted.

AI features are provided as-is and may change over time. You are solely responsible for the content you process.

6. User Content & Comments

Users may post content where enabled. Photo CamAI does not pre-review user content and is not responsible for opinions expressed by users.

You grant Photo CamAI a non-exclusive license to use and display any content you submit.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Photo CamAI at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Photo CamAI is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law.
